Plentys Hero
2010 Blue Roan stallion with a right hind coronet. A very wide structured, thick made horse with big bones and great confirmation. Hero was ridden and roped on for a while until it was clear that his speed and skills were excellent. Plentys Hero was purchased site unseen from Gary Tarver in 2010. Gary mentioned that he should have kept him, but an agreement was reached several years back for the first stud colt from Hattie Tarver Hancock and Gary honored his gentleman's agreement. We have never been disappointed with our purchase or the friendship with Gary Tarver. Gary told me that his horses were the kind you could rope a cow on and go home and put the grandkids on. This has stuck with me and is very true with the bloodlines we have from him.
